Sensio Ceiling Lighting

The Sensio range of ceiling down lights includes a collection of fire & acoustic rated downlight fittings which have been developed to re-establish the fire integrity of the ceiling once a hole has been cut. They also serve to act as an acoustic barrier to comply with UK building regulations for new builds. Sensio fire rated fittings are tested to meet the standards of BS 476 Part 21, 22 & 23. • Part 21: Load bearing timber floors • Part 22: Non-load bearing elements of construction • Part 23: 90 minute protection to load bearing steel beams (suspended ceilings) All Sensio fire rated fittings are fully tested to 90 minutes fireproofing & therefore meet the following approvals stated under the current UK building regulations: • Part B - fire safety • Part C - moisture protection • Part E - acoustic rating
