How can I place an order?
Orders can be taken via the internet anytime or by phone on between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday & 10am to 4pm Saturday. Have a enquiry? Email us your questions and we will be happy to come back to you within 24 hours of our opening times.
We take, debit cards or credit cards payments. To place an order via telephone call 0800 069 8087 Fax: orders via 0800 069 8087. Once the order is placed and payment is received, we will contact you to confirm your order. This in turn then constitutes a contract between us and the following will apply.
How do i know my card details will be safe?
wjskitchenwarehouse.co.uk is PCI compliant You can be assured your payment & personal details will remain safe with us. We also use Securetrading.com for processing all card payments on our website. No credit card details are stored on any of our computers or in written format.
How will I know when my order will be arriving
We endeavor to email all of our customers with an estimated time of dispatch within 48 hours of orders & full payment received. Upon delivery we will email you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel. If your order is delayed for some reason we will of course keep you fully informed.
Our delivery service is only applicable to deliveries within Mainland UK as shown on our courier map. Our standard delivery is charged at an additional from £4.50 min but this is subject to the weight and size of the products ordered. Our next working day delivery service @ £9.95 is only applicable if the order is placed before 12 noon but this is subject to the weight and size of the products ordered. All delivery charges are for deliveries within the UK mainland. We use TNT, Ukmail, DPD and UPS and very small items via Royal mail.
Refunds we do not accept returns for worktops of any kind due to the weight and the cost of shipping the items, Sliding bedroom doors, vinyl and timber doors kitchen / bedroom cabinets as all of our cabinets are made to order. All products must be returned to us in there boxes that the Product was shipped in. cost of the Return to us will be Born by the Buyer you must include insurance for the product being returned to us.
The delivery of goods must be to the registered card address. Due to identity fraud we cannot delivery to an alternative address unless a direct bank account payment has been received. Please call us for bank details.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland/International
We are happy to quote for international carriage charges so please contact us for a quote.
Our couriers are not insured to enter residential properties, therefore please make sure someone is available to except any parcels. If no-one accepts the parcel the courier will leave a card. If the courier is not contacted to rearrange delivery within five days the parcel will be returned back to us. This in turn will incur a return carriage charge of £20.00, and additional re-stocking charges may occur. These charges will be met by the customer and will be deducted from any refunds owed. If the delivery is still required a further carriage charge to redeliver will need to be paid by the customer. Ceramic product deliveries will only be attempted once.
We must be notified of damaged products within 24 hours as this is the time frame given by our couriers. Claims for damaged parcels may not be made after this period. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a collection of the damaged item and the delivery of replacement if required as long as we have been informed within 7 working days from receipt.
Under the distance selling act, you are legally entitled to return an item back to us for whatever reason. Please make sure you Notify us immediately via email & return the purchased product within 7 working days from the date of the delivery for a full product refund less the shipping costs. Please be aware that it is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure that the item has been received by us within this seven day period. We are not responsible for emails not being received by us or parcels not being delivered. The returned carriage will need to be arranged & paid by the customer and we would highly recommend insurance is taken as loss or damage to the parcel or packaging will not be considered for refund. No international carriage charges will be refunded on returned items nor will express delivery charges upgraded by the customer when ordering.
Return the item in an as new, unused or modified re-sellable condition within 7 days for a full refund on the product purchased price. We can offer a service to collect the item back from you if needed. Call us for a quotation for this service. We will only be able to cancel an order in full without return carriage charges if the item has not left our premises.
If an item is returned to us after the 7th day & to the 14th day period you will either become liable for a 25% restocking charge based on the price the item was purchased for or a return will be refused. Please contact us prior to returning a product to ensure a return is acceptable by our company after the 7 working days have lapsed on the product you purchased.
Additional delivery charges may occur if an exchange is required. No refunds will be given after 14 days from original receipt of the goods. All refunds will be completed by wjskitchenwarehouse within 48 working hours after receipt of the product being returned in a new condition. We will pay the refund in the same manner the customer originally used.
We want all of our customers to be happy so to ensure a full refund on the product: Send the product back with-in 7 working days from receipt.
Many of our products have a manufactures guarantee. This does vary depending on the manufacturer and product. If you find a problem once the item has been fitted please contact the manufacturer directly where they will explain the best course of action for you.
Wjskitchenwarehouse cannot be held liable for any consequential loss due to delayed deliveries, faulty products or fitting errors etc. We are retailers that will help our customers as much as possible. We do supply a fitting service within Leicestershire subject to survey and extra fitting costs.
